Who provides the service
Mop & Mouse is a service provided by Road2Resolve Ltd, company number 13427621. The registered office is in the footer.
Scope and price
The advertised website build is £499, with £249.50 payable before work begins and £249.50 on delivery. The proposed package includes up to five main pages, simple legal pages and two consolidated rounds of changes. The agreed written quote takes precedence if a different scope is arranged.
Hosting and domain
Hosting and domain registration are excluded from the £499 build. Annual prices, renewal terms, responsibilities and any third-party provider conditions are agreed separately in writing before ordering.
Timing and your content
The proposed turnaround is 7–10 working days after the deposit and all agreed content are received. We confirm the delivery date before starting. You are responsible for supplying accurate business details and ensuring you have permission to use photographs, branding and reviews. Delayed content or feedback may move the delivery date.
Review and changes
Two rounds of changes within the agreed scope are included before delivery. Additional pages, features or later changes are quoted separately and require your agreement before we proceed.
Ownership and handover
Once the full agreed fee is paid, ownership of the bespoke site and your content passes to you and we provide the agreed files and handover information. Third-party software, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences.
Cancellation
Tell us in writing if you wish to cancel. We will explain what work has been completed and agree any payment due or refund based on the work and costs incurred. Any statutory rights that apply remain unaffected.
Results and ongoing work
We build the agreed website with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee search rankings, enquiries, bookings or revenue. Maintenance, ongoing SEO and future content changes are excluded unless included in the written quote.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
