The enquiry form
The form asks for your name, business name, email, optional phone number, cleaning services and message. When you submit the form, your details are sent to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your enquiry to hello@mopandmouse.co.uk. This website does not store form entries in a database or browser storage. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
When you contact us directly
We use the details you provide to respond, discuss a quote and carry out an agreed service. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, as applicable. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and technical information
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection details needed to serve them. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this version. The private preview platform may use its own sign-in cookies.
Keeping your details
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. Relevant transaction records may be kept to meet legal obligations. We review enquiry information when an enquiry closes and delete it when it is no longer needed for follow-up, agreed work or legal obligations. FormSubmit also processes submissions under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
